Rosa Toledo has a track record of high-level achievement, dedication, and loyalty in her over thirteen years as a Realtor. She is fluent in English and Spanish and Specializes in NACA, FHA, CHFA, VA, 203K and HUD. Rosa has earned many awards including Realtor with the “Five Start” 2014-2022 and “Broker Agent Advisor” 2016-2022. With her many years of expertise, Rosa is the ideal partner to have on your real estate team to streamline what can be a stressful and complicated process.

She created a non profit company, The II Commandment Group Co. This is to help people who are affected by natural disasters in South America/Central America.

She graduated from Springfield College MA with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and worked as a Senior Case Manager for six years. Rosa’s educational and professional background enables her to understand the needs and wants of her clients. In fact, her business is based on more than 90 percent referrals from satisfied clients.
